The Evolving Ape-man: Dividing Fact from Fiction

Event Details

Is evolution a fact?

In his book, The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution, Richard Dawkins summarizes what much of the scientific community, our culture and the world believes in regard to this question. In it he says this, “Evolution is a fact. Beyond reasonable doubt, beyond serious doubt, beyond sane, informed, intelligent doubt, beyond doubt evolution is a fact…” And the quintessential star of the “fact” of the evolutionary tale is the “Ape-man”. He seems to pop up everywhere the story of evolution is pedalled with the declaration of “ancestor of us all” and “the ultimate proof” of humanity’s evolutionary history.

But why does the ape-man and his history keep “evolving”? What is the actual evidence for the parade of ape-men unveiled over the years? And what are the unspoken assumptions of secular scientists today as they investigate the fragmentary, present-day evidence?

In this session, we will discover the reason for the never-ending “evolution” of the ape-man narrative and unequivocally realize that when fact is divided from the fiction of evolution, real science confirms the Bible’s historicity a thousand times over.
